Article 301

Freedom of trade, commerce and intercourse. Subject to the other provisions of this Part, trade, commerce and intercourse throughout the territory of India shall be free.

In plain wordsTrade, commerce and movement of goods and people are free across the whole of India, subject to the other rules in this Part. A trader moving goods from one state to another has a constitutional right to do so.
