Article 300A

Persons not to be deprived of property save by authority of law. No person shall be deprived of his property save by authority of law.

In plain wordsNobody's property, whether land, a house or savings, can be taken away except by authority of a law. If officials seize your property without legal backing, this article is your protection, and it applies to every person, not just citizens.
